The Mushroom King: 2028

I am The Mushroom King, and the fungi have hijacked my nervous system. I am a puppet for the mushrooms. They are holding me hostage, and they are forcing me to be a comedian in Los Angeles.

The fungi have taken over my body. They forced me to address my own fears, and harnessing my own talents, working towards something much bigger than myself, the planet earth.

I do not want people to microdose mushrooms, hop in a rocket ship to Mars, or go on their 8th trip to Peru to take Ayahuasca. I want us fellow humans to focus on the earth, protecting mother nature, preventing what could become a 6th planetary mass extinction.

I have exciting news, The Mushroom King is Running for President in 2028! I'll be running in the Democratic primary for the 2028 Democratic nomination. The forest appointed me the Mushroom King and they trust me to contrast the current Democrats running for president.

My platform is focused on protecting the rights of all plants, fungi, and animals.

This historic Presidential campaign will be the first ever to represent the natural world in running for the office of the President. This nature-based campaign is long over due, as the planet faces the possibility of a 6th mass extinction event, completely caused by humans. I'm the only candidate in modern history to have a plan to avoid a 6th mass extinction event. Having a mass extinction event prevention plan is not only a requirement to run for President, it is disqualifying to not have such a plan.

The Mushroom King will decentralize the government like a mycelial network. We are running the campaign like an interconnected web of fungal intelligence. All feedback is welcome.

Our initial concept for the campaign is to facilitate the rebuilding of urban centers to become sovereign, independent, self-determined nations.

Our ideas for the Presidential campaign are to:

1. Grant major U S. cities (Like L.A., N.Y., Atlanta, and S.F.) the right to become independent, sovereign nations
2. Empower these new nations, like The Republic of Los Angeles, to create their own healthcare, safety, and banking networks
3. Inspire these nations to create their own federal reserve, banks, and currencies
4. Form The North American Union to unite the countries like European Union
5. Empower the new nations to create their own mass extinction resiliency plans to become carbon neutral
6. Support the new nations to provide housing, money, and healthcare to anyone unhoused in their country
7. Encourage the states to decriminalize/deschedule mushrooms and plants (nature cannot be illegal)
8. Empower the new American nations to represent the plants, fungi, and animals in their constitution le
9. Allow the new nations will have the option to create their own militaries to protect themselves from other nations or these new states can dissolve their militaries and create nation-lead universal healthcare
10. Create local urban subway systems in the new nations, to be funded by their own currency and national budgets
11. Encourage regional high speed rail networks amongst these newly formed neighboring nations
12. Build open source technology companies to help create new devices, maps, search, and video

According to the mushrooms, if we don't transform United States' cities within ten years, the major U.S. cities will need to be evacuated for the safety of the planet. Humans will be forced to leave these cities, moving back into the wilderness. Urban centers in the United States are incredibly harmful, toxic, and detrimental to the health of the earth, and they must be immediately reformed.
