The Mushroom King Comes to Los Angeles
Ryan Williams is the Mushroom King back from the Mushroom Underground. With his fungal brain, stuck in his ape-like body, he’ll share an unfiltered viewpoint into the perspective of the fungal kingdom, about us homosapsens. Human beings are causing great harm to the planet, this mostly started over 14,000 years ago around the time of agriculture, the beginnings of deforestation, the discovery of fire, and climate change.
If we are going to survive as a species, humans have to behave like mycelium, and practice an interconnected way of life, and change our behavior rather than looking for magic potions, wellness trends, and miracle drugs to heal us. It’s not too late for us to change. The forest, the ocean, and the land is alive – and humans can behave more like an interconnected web of mycelium.
